A request is not a reservation
Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation or hold dates. The host first confirms availability, price, payment and terms in writing.
Price and payment
The price, any deposit and payment deadline are given in the host's written offer before a reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation and no-show terms are stated in the written reservation confirmation.
Stay and house rules
Usual check-in is 15:00–21:00 and check-out is 08:00–11:00. Guests are responsible for accurate information, the confirmed guest count and the property rules.
